Mr. Jolicoeur is an airport planning specialist with a multifaceted career spanning diverse topics such as master planning, ground transportation planning, airside and airspace planning, terminal conceptual planning, forecasting, financial planning, and environmental planning. He has more than seventeen years of global aviation consulting experience, with the past twelve years based in China. Peter is well versed in the challenges of building efficient, large-hub airports, having worked at over a dozen airports with design capacities of 80 million annual passengers or more. He is also L&B’s subject matter expert on landside planning and ground transportation centers (GTC).

While based in China, Peter has been active in many growing markets across the globe, including India, the Middle East, Korea, Africa, and Australia. As a licensed private pilot, he has a passion for aviation, which underpins his work in the field, at airports large and small. He is also professionally proficient in Chinese, and accustomed to leading multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams working across the globe, applying the best of L&B’s international expertise to solve challenging problems at the local level.
