Sarah Farsalas, Senior Managing Consultant
Sarah is recognized for her outstanding dedication and performance with the Chicago Department of Aviation Client. Sarah excels as a Project Manager providing on-site technical support to multiple divisions of the Chicago Department of Aviation including planning, environment, sustainability, real estate, facilities, cargo, and executive staff. Sarah has developed into a trusted advisor with the Chicago client. The client routinely relies on Sarah’s perspective, which leads to client appreciation that results in Sales for the firm. Juan Pablo Duran Zacatecas, Senior Consultant
Juan Pablo is recognized for his outstanding work ethic and responsiveness to the Quiport client – private operator of the International Airport in Quito, Ecuador. Over the past year, Juan Pablo has consistently gone above and beyond to be responsive to our client’s needs during the 2025 Master Plan Update for Quito International Airport. Brianna Moyer, Consultant
Brianna Moyer is recognized for her outstanding dedication and performance. This year, Brianna has taken on more responsibility in a client-facing role, and is consistently praised by the client for her organized approach, completing tasks early, and prioritizing the clients’ best interests. Brianna is also a resource for newer employees, training them on technical analyses and trouble-shooting issues as they arise. Brianna does all this while also giving back to the community coaching youth sports. Brianna perfectly represents the next generation of employees that will lead L&B. Marie Topputo, Office Administrator
Marie Topputo is recognized for her significant contributions and performance at a level above and beyond expectations. In addition to her normal busy workload, Marie has worked tirelessly in recent months preparing office space for subtenants, coordinating directly with the subtenant and contractor to ensure access was available and work was completed on time. Marie also served as a local IT liaison for the GI Pillar IT team not only to support the sublease efforts, but also general IT support in preparing equipment for staff. Marie has been instrumental in these efforts and consistently exceeds expectations. Thank you, Marie, for all that you do!

Lisa Schafer, Managing Consultant
Lisa is recognized for her outstanding dedication and performance in meeting client-driven and internal deadlines and fostering a positive team environment at L&B. She regularly meets extremely tight deadlines, particularly for our international clients. Lisa is the go-to resource for runway exit and runway length analyses, and her experience, technical expertise, and passion for aviation have earned her the respect of her clients and colleagues.

Sam Thomas, Consultant
Sean is recognized for his significant contributions to the San Diego International Airport Terminal 2 East Project Description Document project in California, and for quickly becoming our go-to resource for Terminal and Airside Bridge analyses. He encourages collaboration among team-members and often brings creative ideas toward achieving a goal.

Luke Yu, Senior Consultant
Luke is recognized for his unwavering accountability and trustworthiness in supporting projects and clients. He is known for going above and beyond and can always be counted on to meet deadlines, ask the right questions, and ensure important touchpoints with clients. The Employee of the Year Award is the highest level of formal recognition given for exemplary achievement. L&B’s Matthew H. Lee Employee of the Year Award recognizes an employee’s achievements that embody the dedication to L&B and the aviation industry that Matt Lee has demonstrated for over 40 years.

Controller
